SEWAK has worked across skill development, livelihoods, women empowerment, youth development, community development and public-service delivery since 2005. Below is a record of our programmes and initiatives.
Women Empowerment Initiative
Swayam Siddha is SEWAK's most recent initiative, focused on empowering economically weaker and marginalised women in urban slums and semi-urban areas. The programme combines awareness, skill training and capacity building to create pathways to livelihood and financial independence.

SEWAK's core area of work — vocational training, job-oriented skills, soft skills, assessment, certification, placement and livelihood linkage across multiple government schemes and institutional partnerships.
PRERNA focused on market-driven vocational and life-skills training for disadvantaged and marginalised youth, including young women and girls, particularly in poor rural and urban communities.
SANKALP focused on skill development and sustainable livelihoods for marginalised youth, especially in rural and underserved communities, with inclusion of women and persons with disabilities where applicable.
META PRO was a career and job-oriented training initiative for IT students and candidates facing educational gaps, career gaps, low academic scores, low confidence or weak technical skills.
In collaboration with Women & Child Development, Bihar, SEWAK delivered skill development programmes for women with a focus on employment and self-employment orientation.
The IT Bihar initiative focused on digital and IT skills for unemployed youth, building capacity for the digital economy.
A DDU-GKY project focusing on rural youth and training related to maritime, port and logistics sectors, with industry linkage and employment support.
Programmes focused on building the capacity, confidence and life skills of young people and adolescent girls, enabling them to contribute to their communities and access better opportunities.
AAG was an adolescent-girls empowerment initiative, particularly focused on out-of-school girls in marginalised communities.
Saksham was a youth and adolescent capacity-building initiative focused on life skills, leadership, community participation and enabling young people to contribute to local development.
SEWAK's livelihood and community development work supports poor and marginalised communities through access to skills, enterprise support, farmers' collectives and government scheme convergence.

Collaboration with IGTR Indore and PPDC Meerut for counselling and training youth according to industry, startup and enterprise requirements.
Collaboration with Central Footwear Training Institute (CFTI), Chennai, for grassroots delivery of skill-development programmes including PMKVY and PM Vishwakarma.
AMBER was a major skill-development and employment initiative under NSDC, with RPL/assessment work and employability and certification support.
