SEWAK was the culmination of the hard work and dedication of a group of young social development professionals who dared to make social work as a career. The unorganized efforts of these youths took a concrete shape and were christened as Social & Environmental Welfare Association of Khilchipur (SEWAK). In order to make the effort this small forum was given a legal status by registering it under the M. P. Societies Registration Act 1973 in 2005. In the initial stage it was acting as a Youth Development Centre. Gradually it has been evolved as a Skill Development and Educational Development Centre.
Our Organization SEWAK (Social & Environmental Welfare Association of Khilchipur) is one amongst the various large Skill Training and Education provider organizations, which is engaged in spreading over the skill training in urban and rural areas. It is the objective of the SEWAK to provide job oriented Training in minimum affordable fee.
The vision of SEWAK is to make training and education available at the maximum and the remotest place in India so that maximum number of student disparate for job can avail this training and choose the right job for a livelihood.
SEWAK is registered under society act, registered with NCVT as a Vocational Training Provider, Training Partner of NSDC, has got ISO 9001:2015 Certification. and Training Provider of MPSSDM, UPSDM, We are operating in MP, Maharashtra, UP, Rajasthan, Goa, CG, Odisha, West Bengal and Assam with 37 centers. SEWAK is rapidly moving with an aim to establish a Rural BPO and handling Skill Development Centers in all over India.

Ms. Arshi Khandelwal is an IT graduate with over 7 years of experience in the IT sector and 4 years in the skill development sector with SEWAK Social & Environmental Welfare Association of Khilchipur as a CEO.
Her professional journey began in IT, where she gained expertise in technology-driven solutions and witnessed first-hand the growing demand for skilled professionals in India's digital economy. Recognizing the skills gap in the industry, she transitioned into the skill development sector to contribute towards bridging this gap by empowering youth with the right training.

Ms Preeti Samadhiya is a Post Graduate in Computer Science and Commerce. She has done many social activities for the upliftment of women. She is working with Sanstha Sewak since last 15 years.
