Swayam Sidhha is a women-empowerment initiative co-created by Sanstha Sewak. It provides training, fair employment, and a platform for skilled women artisans to turn their talent into sustainable income. Through Swayam Sidhha, traditional crafts are revived, local communities are uplifted, and women gain financial independence and dignity by creating eco-friendly, handcrafted products.
